MaDE
I'm excited to launch my newest brand, MaDE, or Manifest a Different Energy. MaDE is a model creative development collective that aims to guide and coach the models I work with closely. If you couldn't guess by the name--the goal is to manifest a different type of energy. To capitalize on a model's raw passion and talent and push them to the next level creatively.
MaDE offers my clientele the opportunity to break into the modeling industry, shoot regularly, increase their portfolio, and network with potential agents and photographers. I'm excited to share this project with you as we dive deep into the world of MaDE.
‘On The Run’ featuring well known MaDE model MK and new addition, Kues, was an eye opening experience that pushed MaDE to new limits. Realizing that this was the last time Malik had the chance to shoot with MK for the foreseeable future, Malik wanted to expand his boundaries.
Looking to go outside of his comfort zone, he wanted to work with multiple models on one set, a new territory for Malik to master. For this shoot, Malik sought after a model who could match MK’s expertise. Someone who simultaneously would bring great energy and professionalism onto the shoot. After sharing the concept for the shoot, MK pinpointed Kues because of his background in music and his experience in front of the camera. With Kues as the missing piece, the set was ready, and Malik prepared to make magic.
When the models arrived for the shoot, Malik had the idea for ‘On The Run’ playing through his mind. MK played the part of the beautiful young lady who found herself at a party surrounded by individuals she shared little to no interests with. She was an outcast, ready to leave. While at the party, Keus carefully watched her wanting to make his move, but she vanished before he had the chance. Keus finds MK amidst her escape and decides to join her.
With only Malik’s narration, Keus and MK partnered together to bring this story to life. In front of the camera, the two instantly shared chemistry that the camera loved. Kues, whose passion lies with music, soared beyond expectations in the role. Listening to Malik’s directions and giving the camera what it needed. MK shined brightly, flawlessly delivering her usual exceptional performance.
With this shoot, Malik focused on framing, creative direction and creating chemistry on set. Because of the shoot’s success, Malik looks forward to working with both models individually. He’s excited to work with Kues, developing artist content. MK just finished her time at the International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) where she’s excited about the possibility of permanent representation.
Stay tuned and stay connected. MaDE has more to come.
How it’s started vs. How it’s going. MaDE is all about finding raw potential and crafting it into talent within the fashion and modeling industry. These past few weeks I’ve enjoyed broadcasting MaDE’s newer collective clients as we begin their modeling journey. But today, I want to introduce to you an OG. To the model, who helped start it all.
MK has been my partner in crime since September of 2018 and over the years I’ve had the immense pleasure to assist and watch her grow as a model. I’m excited to show what MaDE can really do, so swipe for improvements and stay tuned.
When I first met MK two things were clear, she was beautiful and she had the potential to be a model. I recognized her potential immediately and booked a session to get her in front of my camera.
From our first shoot, I was already impressed. She was willing to experiment while being bold and unique. On top of her raw potential, she was also dedicated to the process. Scheduling and rescheduling the shoot just to get the perfect lighting. Spending time matching her hair and makeup to the crazy concept shoot ideas I had. All her hard work and dedication shines through now.

When we began our journey together, I wanted to teach her how to be a model(noun) and now we’re focusing on how to model(verb). That subtle yet impactful change shines through her photos.

Her body language with the camera is one of her biggest improvements. From studying her angels and paying attention to the small details of her pictures, she’s developed great poses. From our years of working together, she now understands her relationship with the camera and is able to create beautiful angles.
I’ve enjoyed watching MK manifest her dream and improve her skills every day. Currently she’s working with Main line Models & Talent to build her portfolio and will be attending IMTA in the spring with the hopes of signing to an agency. I’m excited to continue sharing her growth as well as the growth of the entire collective.
